My Health Research Project

Here is the link to quickly access my resource

.In order to have a healthy mind-body health, you must learn how to control your anger, control your stress, anxiety, etc and use different breathing techniques. Learning about these topics will not only help you, but your family and friends as well. If they see you following these guidelines, they might eventually begin doing so as well.
The first step into having a healthy mind-body health is learning how to control your anger. Many people think that being angry is a habit because it's how they are. That's incorrect. It doesn't matter how you are, it's how you react. Being angry can cause unwanted events that damage your life. Not only can they hurt you, but your family and friends as well. Getting mad all the time can make you less likable, causing you to have less friends. One way you can prevent anger is to avoid it in the first place. You have to change the things that would regularly get you mad, and try not to let them get on your nerves. It takes time, but in the long run it'll be beneficial for everyone.
The next step into having a healthy mind-body is learning how to deal with stress and anxiety. People usually create stress for themselves when they think about all of the things that have happened in the past, and what might happen in the future. The reason why some people never encounter stress is because of the way that they look at things. Instead of thinking about how that negatively affects them, they look at the bright side of things. One way we can avoid stress and anxiety is by figuring out what exactly is bothering us. Doing this will help us realize that what we're stressing over about isn't really that much of a deal; you can overcome it.
Another step into having a healthy mind- body is practicing different breathing methods. One breathing method is called the Easy Breathing Method. You can do this method by slowly inhaling, pause, slowly exhale, then pause again. All of it should be done slowly and calmly. This should take you about 3-10 minutes. While you're doing this, you shouldn't be paying attention to anything else. Your mind should be at peace. Another breathing method is the Sigh Breath. It's used for when you feel like you're about to have an anxiety attack. What it does is it relaxes all of your muscles. You can practice this method by taking a moderate inhale, and your exhale should be long. While exhaling, your muscles- including the jaw, shoulders etc- should be relaxing. This method is known as the "tranquilizer" because it can be done anywhere and it's fast.
Another thing you can do to achieve your mind- body health is by paying attention to your self talk. Self talk is everything you say in your mind. Realize how you talk to yourself- if you criticize yourself or others, how much you complain, or how you look at certain things. If you had an invisible friend and they told you everything you tell yourself, you'd be pretty annoyed. That is what you're doing to your mind. Since you've been doing this since you were young, you're used to it. To solve this problem. you can try to replace the negative self- talk. Every time you realize that you're thinking about negative things, you can just remind yourself that you said you were going to stop. Don't use a firm voice, instead be calm and patient with yourself. You are not going to stop after being told once or twice; it's going to take time.
In conclusion, practicing all of these methods will be beneficial in the long run. It will take time, but you have to be patient. Within time, your mind and body will be healthy. Anytime you feel that it's not healthy, all you have to do is practice these methods again. The methods such as learning how to control your anger, control your stress, practice breathing methods and paying attention to your self talk will help you achieve a healthy mind- body health.
